Payment Terms:
When making a reservation, we request credit card information. The provided credit card will only be used to secure your reservation, and no charges will be made at the time of booking.
However, we reserve the right to charge a fee equivalent to 100% of the total stay cost if the cancellation deadline is not met.
Deposit:
Palads Hotel Viborg reserves the right to require a deposit of 100% of the booking amount for reservations during the summer season, holidays, or for larger group bookings.
The deposit is due 8 days after booking, and if the deposit is not paid on time, the reservation will be canceled.
Online Booking:
For online bookings, credit card information must be provided. No charges will be made initially, but a reservation amount will be held on your credit card. However, we reserve the right to charge a fee equivalent to 100% of the total stay cost if the cancellation deadline is not met.
Booking Conditions:
Once you receive a confirmation via email, your reservation is approved and finalized.
Cancellation Policy:
Please note that cancellations or changes to your reservation must be made in writing and received by Palads Hotel Viborg no later than 2 days before the scheduled arrival date. For reservations during the summer season (June, July, and August), the cancellation period is 7 days.
In the event of late cancellation, no-show, or early departure, we reserve the right to charge a fee equivalent to 100% of the total stay cost. This policy applies to all types of reservations.
In the case of cancellations due to acute illness, accidents, or death affecting the guest, spouse, children, parents, or siblings, a full refund of the rental amount (100%) will be provided.
Cancellation of Group Bookings:
For cancellations or reductions of groups or conferences with 12 or more persons to be free of charge, Palads Hotel Viborg must receive written notice (via email) no later than 4 weeks before the scheduled arrival date.
After this point, a maximum of 50% of the finally booked arrangement can be canceled. Please note the following conditions for the cancellation of the maximum 50%:
In the case of no-shows, delayed arrival, early departure, or later cancellations or reductions, Palads Hotel Viborg is entitled to compensation equivalent to the full price of the services that were canceled late in the finally booked arrangement.
Force Majeure:
If the stay is prevented due to force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, acts of war, riots, and the like), Palads Hotel Viborg is not liable for interrupted or uncompleted stays.
