When you have a corporate agreement with Palads Hotel Viborg, we activate the agreement in our system so that you can book through our website at the agreed-upon rate.
A consolidated invoice is sent for each overnight stay.
Cancellation of a stay must be made in writing no later than 12:00 PM on the day of arrival. In case of late cancellation or failure to cancel, Palads Hotel Viborg reserves the right to invoice for the first night, including any meals.
We allocate from above, meaning that if there is a vacant room of a higher price category, we see no reason for it to remain vacant, and you may therefore be allocated this as part of the corporate agreement.

Palads Hotel Viborg is located right in the heart of Viborg’s cozy and charming center. Viborg’s pedestrian street – Sct Mathias Gade – starts right at the hotel, but you can still drive directly to all our 5 large parking lots. Parking is often close to the room.
