How do we handle COVID-19 at Palads Hotel Viborg?

How do we do it?
We maintain social distancing
Specifically keeping at least 1 meter of distance from both guests and our employees.
There is no physical contact
Meaning no handshakes, cheek kisses, or hugs.
Groups are limited to a maximum of 10 people
We ensure that there are no more than 10 people gathered in groups, and in the restaurant, we adhere to the specified distances.
We regularly wash and sanitize our hands
We expect our guests to do the same. Hand sanitizer dispensers are available for guests in all common areas.
Clean surfaces
We clean and disinfect all surfaces multiple times a day, paying particular attention to high-touch areas.
For meeting & conference guests
We have hand sanitizer dispensers in meeting rooms, the restaurant, and restrooms. We arrange table setups based on the number of participants to ensure compliance with the 1-meter distance requirements.
Breakfast buffet
During the breakfast buffet, disposable gloves are provided and MUST be used. There is a hands-free hand sanitizer dispenser in the restaurant and at the reception entrance.
